Selecta, produced by Eno Bronstrup S.A. (EBSA) is one of the most recognizable yerba mate brands in the world, produced in Paraguay. The first steps taken by the company were in 1942, when Don Reinaldo and his wife decided to start yerba mate production.
Initially they only focused on the plantation and manufacturing raw plant material, and in 1950 they decided to implement a complete production cycle, entering the market under the brand name Selecta.
EBSA owns huge plantations of yerba mate, which are located in ecologically clean areas of Paraguay — Bella Vista and San Rafael. The whole processing of the yerba is automated and takes place on modern equipment, which makes it possible to produce the highest quality yerba mate.
